1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Rad Tech Labs Private Limited, India, which operates Caring. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
2. What Caring is
Caring helps you and your family organise care: medicine and reading reminders, health readings and trends, documents, bookings, a care circle, rewards and SOS alerts to the people you choose.
Not a medical or emergency service. Caring does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or give medical advice, and no doctor monitors your information. SOS alerts go only to your own care circle. In an emergency, call 112 (India) or your local emergency number.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and use a mobile number that belongs to you.
- Keep your phone secure. Signing in on a new phone signs out the previous one.
- Only add information about another person if you are responsible for their care and have their consent where required.
4. Reminders, readings and AI
Reminders depend on your phone's settings, battery, network and permissions, so we cannot guarantee that every alarm or notification will arrive. Always keep a backup for critical medicines. Readings and prescriptions read from photos are produced with AI and can contain mistakes: check them before relying on them, and follow your doctor's instructions.
5. Care circle and bookings
People you invite can see and, if you allow, manage the care information you share with them. You can change or remove their access at any time. Pharmacies, labs and clinics you book with are independent businesses; Caring helps you keep track of bookings but is not responsible for their services.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Caring: do not access someone else's information without permission, send false SOS alerts, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service or try to break its security.
7. Price
Caring is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, prices and terms will be shown clearly in the app before you pay, and purchases will be handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Caring and delete your account at any time from the app (see Delete your account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
9. Liability
We provide Caring with reasonable care and skill, but "as is" and without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using information shown in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact support@caring-app.com first so we can try to resolve any issue.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
